Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of receiving them. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are subject to the carrier's own schedules and are outside our direct control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm and pay for your order.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. For unopened medicines that are damaged or faulty, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assist with your claim. Prescription and Scheduled Medicines

Orders containing prescription or scheduled medicines may require additional verification before dispatch, which can extend processing times. Our pharmacy team will contact you if anything further is needed to complete your order.
