Vicks VapoRub Vaporizing Ointment is a balm with aromatics (menthol, camphor, and eucalyptus oil). Once rubbed on to the chest, back and neck or inhaled aromatics are released to allow easy breathing, relieving nasal congestion.

Usage Instructions: Topical Application: Apply only to the chest, throat, & back and massage for 3-5 minutes. Clothing should be loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Adults & children older than 12 years: 10-15ml applied 2-4 times daily. Children 6-12 years: 5-10ml applied 2-4 times daily. Children 2-5 years: 2.5-5ml applied 2-3 times daily. Steam Inhalation: Do not use on children younger than 6 years of age. Do not re-heat the mixture. Do not heat in a microwave oven. Children should be closely supervised. Dissolve 5-10ml Vicks VapoRub into 500ml hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the aromatic vapours for 10-15 minutes.
