Usage Instructions

Morning: take one white multivitamin capsule daily with breakfast. Evening: take one white calcium tablet and one clear omega-3 soft-gel capsule daily with dinner. Stellar-Mama should be taken for at least 3 months prior to falling pregnant, throughout pregnancy and for at least 12 months after giving birth.
