Usage Instructions: Use 1 teabag per cup of boiling water. Add hot water to the teabag in the cup and cover the cup until the tea is cool enough to drink. Drink while still hot or warm, or gently reheat if needed. Drink up to 6 cups per day. Can also be taken with ginger root. For best results, use a maximum of 6 teabags daily. It is important to drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day.
