Usage Instructions: Dosage: Adult Formula (12 Years+): Spray 2 puffs into each nostril every 4 to 6 hours or as required. Safe for continuous everyday use, no limitations. Directions: Shake Bottle before use. Remove the protective cap and safety clip. Prime the spray by briefly pressing down on both sides of the nozzle holding it upright until the nozzle dispenses a fine mist. Place the end of the nozzle at the entrance of the one nostril, do not insert the nozzle too deep, and spray. Repeat for the other nostril. Gently blow your nose after use, using soft tissue paper. Always wipe or rinse the nozzle clean after each use. How to use the 20ml Refill included inside: Once the first 20ml bottle's contents have finished, unscrew the spray nozzle mechanism. Unscrew the cap on the refill bottle and screw on the spray mechanism onto the refill bottle. Prime pump and continue use.
