Usage Instructions: These preparation instructions are based on the recommended portion size for a baby aged 6-12 months. Wash hands, bowl and spoon you will be using. Put 2 slightly heaped tablespoons (25g) of purity baby instant oats into a bowl. Add about 100 ml (just over 1/3 cup) of warmed breast milk, formula milk or the milk you are currently feeding your baby, stirring quickly to avoid lumping 100 ml. Allow to cool. Always test temperature of porridge before feeding. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion. Introduction of this food earlier than is recommended must be done under the guidance of a health professional. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Breastfeeding is recommended for up to 24 months. Purity is intended for spoon feeding. This purity baby cereal must be prepared with breast milk, formula milk or the milk you are currently feeding your baby.
