Usage Instructions: Note: These preparation instructions are based on the recommended for a baby aged 6-12 months. See portion size table for recommended for older babies. 1. Wash hands, bowl and spoon you will be using. 2. Put 3 heaped tablespoons (25g) of Purity Mabele Baby's Soft Porridge into a bowl. 3. Add half a cup (125 ml) of breast milk or formula milk or the milk you are currently feeding your baby, stirring quick to avoid lumping. If desired the milk may be warmed up. 4. Allow to cool. Always test temperature of porridge before feeding. Purity porridge must be prepared with breast milk, formula or the milk you currently feed your baby. Do not add salt and/or sugar.
