Usage Instructions: 1. Wash your hands. 2. Wash cup and table spoon thoroughly. 3. Boil drinking water* and allow to cool. 4. Pour 210ml of water into a cup. Then, add 2 tablespoons of powder. 5. Stir with tablespoon until powder is fully dissolved. Check temperature. *To maintain the number of living cultures, the boiled water must be cooled down to body temperature before adding the powder.
