Nature's Choice Polenta Maize Meal 1kg

Nature's Choice Polenta Maize Meal is a coarse yellow maize popular in Italy. It is a naturally gluten-free and low-fat alternative starch dish that is energy-rich.

Usage Instructions: In a large saucepan bring 3 cups of water to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and pour in 1 cup of polenta stiring constantly to keep it lump free. Add a little olive oil and salt at this point. Continue to stir until thickened (about 20-30 minutes) Serve creamy or leave to set. Can be cut into different shapes and then grilled or fried for a different texture and flavour.
