How to use

1. Wash your hands before handling the earplugs.
2. Warm a plug slightly between your fingers to soften the wax.
3. Roll it into a smooth ball and gently press it into the outer opening of your ear canal, moulding it to fit.
4. Remove gently after use and discard; use a fresh earplug each time.
