Usage Instructions: Shake the can before use. Use only as directed. Try on a small area first. Hold the can about 15cm from the site of pain, press the button and spray in 2-3 short bursts. Repeat up to 3 times a day. You do not have to massage the liquid into your skin. Adults and children over 6 years: Adults to apply to children aged 6-12 years. Hands should be washed immediately after use.
