How to use

1. Start by anchoring the bandage below the injury and unroll it in a spiral, overlapping each turn by about half the bandage width.
2. Wrap firmly but not too tightly, ensuring circulation is not restricted.
3. Secure the end of the bandage with a pin, clip or tape, or by tucking it in.
4. Check regularly for swelling, numbness or discolouration below the bandage and loosen if necessary.
5. After use, wash and dry the bandage flat before rolling it up for reuse.
