Direction and Dosage (as supplied): Adults: For the first 3 days, take 2 capsules twice daily with food. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with food depending on individual needs and responses to treatment. Users should not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4 capsules.
