Usage Instructions:

Adults and children over 12 years: 20-30 drops in 60-90 ml of water half an hour before retiring. As a sedative during the day, 20-30 drops once or twice daily. If so desired sweeten water with honey. Children 6-12 years: 10 drops. Children 2-6 years: 5 drops.
