Usage Instructions:

Infants under 2 years old: Apply onto pillow or in a humidifier. Do not apply directly to the mouth or nostrils. Children 2-6 years old: Apply locally onto chest, pillow or in a humidifier. Do not apply directly to the mouth or nostrils. Adults and children over 6 years old: Put a few drops of VITAFORCE OLBAS into boiling water or on a tissue and inhale.
