Usage Instructions

Adults: The usual dose is one sachet up to three times a day. Dissolve the content of one sachet in half a glass of water (125ml) one hour before driving, studying, training, a game or race for alertness and to support hydration and energy levels. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
