Usage Instructions: Block off one nostril, spray twice into the other nostril while inhaling through your nose. Repeat for the other nostril. Wait 5 minutes before blowing nose into a tissue to clear the nasal passages. Immediately repeat the process as per above. Use 2 to 4 times daily or as directed by your Healthcare Practitioner. If the condition of inflammation or redness does not clear up within 3 days, or if the condition of hay fever does not improve within 6 weeks, please consult your Healthcare Practitioner.
