Usage Instructions

1. Boil water. 2. Add 1 teabag to cup. 3. Brew for 5-6 minutes. 4. Enjoy warm or cold. You may add one teaspoon of brown sugar or honey. For best results, do not sweeten or add milk. For best results: Drink 2 hours before or after medication. For severe cases: Drink 3 to 6 cups of tea a day. To maintain: Drink 1 to 2 cups of tea a day.
