Usage Instructions: Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml - 20 ml (two - four medicine measures) every 4 hours. Children: 6 - 12 years old: 5 ml - 10 ml (one - two medicine measures) every 4 hours. 2 - 5 years old: 2.5 ml - 5 ml (half - one medicine measure) every 4 hours.
